We all need direction in life and so does the church. To find our way on a journey we need a map, a compass and a destination. At MSCC we have a Compass Team who direct our course the way God is taking us. The Compass Team is made up of:
Robin & Ruth Stephens are our Pastors. Robin has experience in running his own business and Ruth works part-time as an Occupational Therapist. They have been actively involved at MSCC for many years and have a vision to see the power of God transforming lives.

Jean-Jacques Zbinden is our Pastor Emeritus. Jean-Jacques is one of the co-founders of MSCC and is a Director of the International Bible Training Institute.

Johnny & Eliana Whyte are our Missions Directors. They are Assemblies Of God missionaries who have a wealth of church leadership experience in Spain. They are also Directors of the IBTI.
