What Is Prayer?
Prayer is a dialogue with God. Prayer is thanking God for all he's done and for who He is. Prayer is uplifting other people's needs before God. Prayer is sharing our desires, our wants, our concerns and our fears with God.
Prayer is listening to what God says back.
What Place Does Prayer Play In The Church?
Praying is such a crucial part of our church's life. Without regular conversation with God we lose vision for ourselves and direction for where the church should be going. Without prayer we lack godly wisdom in the midst of everyday situations and circumstances. Prayer is an essential tool for us to stay well connected to God.
When Does The Church Set Aside Time To Pray?
Chapel
Every Tuesday - 9:00am to 9:45am
A great way to start the week with fellowship, prayer and a realigning of heavenly perspective to live the week to the full with God.
Friday Prayer
First Friday of the month - 10:30am
This is our time to seek God's face for our town and nation. We also pray through the needs of the people and ask that God continues to gives us vision and direction in the life of the church.
Children's Work Prayer
This new prayer meeting will be happening on a regular basis for which the regular times are to be decided. But here is your first date for the diary! On Thursday, the 3rd of November from 8:00pm, all childrens’ workers, parents and anyone who wants to cover this area in prayer are invited to meet and get God’s heart and vision for the next generation.
